About these terms

These terms apply to stays at Villa Morea, a private pool villa in Mournies, Chania, Crete (property registration no. 1252589), managed by Hotelyzer. By booking you accept these terms together with the conditions shown in the booking engine.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation, either from the official booking engine (villamorea.hotelyzer.gr) or from us by email. Sending the contact form is an enquiry only and does not reserve dates. Prices, any deposit and the payment schedule are shown before you confirm your booking.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose and are shown clearly in the booking engine and in your confirmation. Unless stated otherwise there, cancellations must be made in writing to info@villamorea.gr. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or refunded. If you do not arrive without cancelling (no-show), the full amount of the booking may be charged.

Changes to your booking

Changes of dates or number of guests depend on availability and may change the price. Please contact us as early as possible.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.

Guests and house rules

The villa accommodates up to 9 guests; only the guests stated in the booking may stay overnight. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Parties and events are not permitted without our prior written approval. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down in the evening.

Pool safety

The pool is not supervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area, and guests use the pool at their own risk.

Damage and responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or for events beyond our control (such as power or water outages, weather or other force majeure).

Taxes

Any taxes and fees required by Greek law for short-term accommodation (such as the climate resilience fee) are charged as shown in the booking engine or your confirmation.

Website content

We do our best to keep descriptions, photos and distances accurate; distances are approximate and minor details may change. The texts, photos and logo on this website may not be reused without permission.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chania have jurisdiction.
